Scope of Creative Work
All creative design, brand identity systems, portfolio websites, brochure layouts, and digital development services provided by 7 Days Creation are governed by mutual project agreements and briefs established before project kickoff.
Project timelines, deliverables, revision cycles, and technical milestones are defined per individual engagement to ensure highest design quality and punctuality.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full settlement of project invoices, the final approved designs, source files, and website assets belong to the client. 7 Days Creation retains the professional right to showcase completed works, mockups, and case studies in our digital portfolio and agency archives.
Hosting, Domains & Maintenance
Where third-party services (such as domain registrars, cloud hosting providers, SSL issuers, or Google Workspace) are engaged, their respective service level agreements and renewal terms apply. We manage the technical implementation and assist clients in seamless ongoing maintenance.
